Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items may be made up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Exchanges for online purchases made within 14 days of original purchase date qualify for one (1) free return shipping label and no additional costs to ship a new item! Email us to request a shipping label for your exchange. While we do supply free return shipping, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to send back, and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to exchange for. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock to make an exchange; be sure to look at alternative selections.

Returns

If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unused (no scratches / dents) items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. After the 30-day window, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit. 

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been used and show signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been used we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that have been tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstance.
